For 48v systems a 75/15 charge controller is not adequate see charge controller user manual to verify max battery voltage.

PV voltage must be 5v higher than battery voltage. For 24v a 2 series 12v PV configuratiion is minimum for 48v a 4 series is minimum. Click Here for more Info on PV Configurations.
